Company registration
We incorporate Hong Kong limited companies for founders and SMEs — including overseas directors — and stay on as named company secretary and registered office.
Who it’s for
- Startups forming a Hong Kong vehicle for the first time
- SMEs that need a local company with a secretary and address
- Overseas founders who will not live in Hong Kong
What you get
Company formed, year 1 company secretary, registered office and company kit. Government fees are billed as pass-through. Year 1 is HK$9,000 — see Pricing.
How incorporation works
Six steps from names to a live company. You upload KYC; we prepare, file, and stay on as secretary.
Propose names
You send
- Send 2–3 proposed English and/or Chinese company names, in order of preference.
We do
- Check availability with the Companies Registry and confirm a name you can file.
Upload KYC
You send
- Passport or Hong Kong identity card of each director and shareholder.
- Proof of residential address (recent utility bill or bank statement).
- Director and shareholder details, and how the shares will be held.
We do
- Confirm identity before filing. We tell you if anything else is needed for your case.
Sign and pay
You send
- Pay Year 1 — HK$9,000 (government fees as pass-through).
- Sign the incorporation papers we prepare. You do not fill Companies Registry forms yourself.
We do
- Draft the incorporation documents from what you uploaded and send them for signature.
We file
You send
- Nothing further to upload while the Registry reviews the filing.
We do
- Submit to the Companies Registry. A brand-new company is typically ready in about 7 working days, subject to approval.
Kit and secretary live
You send
- Collect the company kit at our office, or we courier it to you.
We do
- Named company secretary and registered office go live. We issue the kit (chops, green box, registers).
Bank introduction (optional)
You send
- Tell us if you want a meeting. Attend with the documents the bank asks for.
We do
- Introduce you to HSBC, Bank of China, DBS, or a virtual bank such as Currenxie. The bank decides; we do not guarantee an account.
