Note 1 — Company secretary
Asia Pacific Business acts as named company secretary until the company’s anniversary date. We prepare and file the Annual Return with the Companies Registry, and advise on ordinary secretarial matters. Other filings (share transfers, director changes, and the like) are charged separately. Our company secretarial work is led by a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant. Government filing fees are billed as pass-through where they apply.
Note 2 — Designated representative and Significant Controllers Register
From 1 March 2018, a Hong Kong company must appoint a designated representative for its Significant Controllers Register (SCR) and keep the SCR at its registered office or another place in Hong Kong. Failure to comply can be a criminal offence. See the Companies Registry External Circular and Publications. In the package we can act as designated representative and keep the SCR at our office until the anniversary date.
Note 3 — Registered office and mail
Use our office at Room 1203, 12/F, W50, 50 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Hong Kong as the registered office and correspondence address. We email you when mail or a small parcel arrives. Collect at our office, or ask us to forward (postage extra) on a one-off, weekly or monthly basis.
Note 4 — Bank account introduction
We can introduce you for an account-opening meeting at HSBC, Bank of China, DBS, or a virtual bank such as Currenxie. The bank decides; we do not guarantee an account. Bank fees are not included. See Company registration and FAQ.
